This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to reservations made through https://pushlimo.com/ (“Push Limo,” “we,” “our,” “us”). By placing a reservation, you agree to the terms below.

1) Free Cancellation Window

You may cancel your reservation for a full refund if you cancel at least 3 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

2) Cancellations Within 3 Hours of Pickup

If you cancel within 3 hours of the scheduled pickup time, your refund eligibility may be limited because the chauffeur may already be assigned, dispatched, or your vehicle reserved.

To cancel a reservation, contact us using one of the options below and include your booking details (name, pickup time, and pickup location):

4) Refund Processing

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method. If your payment was made by card, refunds are handled through our payment processor (Stripe) and may take additional time to appear depending on your bank or card issuer.

5) No-Show Policy

If the passenger does not appear at the pickup location and cannot be reached using the contact information provided at booking, it may be treated as a no-show and may not be eligible for a refund.

6) Changes to Reservations

If you need to adjust your pickup time, pickup location, drop-off location, or add stops, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes may affect pricing and availability.
